A small fishing port and gateway to the Ballestas Islands, Paracas has, in recent years, developed a luxury hotel offering aimed mainly at visitors from Lima, with no fewer than 4 5* hotels. On the other hand, the offering remains very limited in the 2 to 4* categories.
